Set up your company the right way

When you launch a new business, it is important to set up the company the right way.  This means getting the business established legally, registering with Companies House if you are forming a company and letting HMRC know you are going self-employed. We can help with all of these aspects and ensure your business starts the right way.

If you are taking on staff, we can also help set up and run payroll for you.  This includes starting and leaving processes, running PAYE, organising CIS for contractors and making certain all statutory documents are filed.  This means you can concentrate on your business and we can handle the accounts.

As a member of the Certified Public Accountants Association (CPAA), you can be sure all of the services we offer use the latest best practices, as well as meeting all statutory requirements and HMRC deadlines.
